General Information

For returns information, and how to request a Return Authorization Number, please refer to our returns policy below. Alternatively, our customer service representative can talk you through our returns procedure by calling us at 212.226.3450, Monday through Friday 10 am - 6 pm, EST. Policy

  • We do not offer free returns. Meaning with any return request, the postage for the parcel to be returned will be paid by the customer. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return requests can only be accepted if the request occurs within 5 days of when it was received.
  • To return an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (dust bags, tags, and unworn). If the garment is received and perceived otherwise, we will deny the return request and send it back to you.
  • The refunded amount will not include the initial shipping value you paid, as its money already spent to get the parcel to you. The shipment fee on your parcel will not be refunded.
  • You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return for a refund or you have 30 days to return for a credit note or exchange.

Important Information

Note that the returned item must be in new condition, unworn, and with original packaging to qualify for store credit.

Discounted Items

Items purchased using a promotional discount code may only be returned for store credit.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If an exchange is needed you have 5 days from when the item was received to request an exchange. Postage fee to get the item back to us will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

To exchange an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (Dust bags, Tags, and unworn). If the garment is received and perceived otherwise we will deny the return request and send it back to you.

International Returns & Exchanges

On your commercial invoice, please mark the return shipment as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING”.

Saint Marc is not responsible for destination country tax, duty charges, and/or customs fees under any circumstances if incurred. You, the Buyer, will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
